Ashley Mediation Centers (“AMC”) was founded by Fred Ashley, an attorney with over 25 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business and employment litigation.
Having practiced as a mediator in the resolution of business and employment disputes since 1993, Mr. Ashley possesses a national reputation as an expert in the fields of negotiation and alternative dispute resolution ("ADR"), as well as on the substantive law. He has the knowledge, tenacity, and interpersonal skills to bring even the most acrimonious dispute to resolution. He also has the ability to effectively manage mediations involving multiple parties with divergent interests.
Mr. Ashley has been designated a “Super Lawyer” and listed among the top ADR neutrals in Southern California by The Los Angeles Magazine in each of the past four years (2005 - 2008). He has also been designated a "Diplomat" member of the California Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, and granted Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating (“AV”) for his legal ability and ethical standards.
AMC, which is affiliated with ADR Services, Inc., helps its clients in Southern California avoid the high costs and burdens of litigation through the productive use of the mediation process. It provides free, neutral facilities for mediations in Los Angeles County, San Diego County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, and Riverside County, as well as in other key cities in California and Arizona. AMC is also pleased to render its dispute resolution and mediation services at the offices of any of the participating law firms, or such other conflict resolution center as the parties may designate. |
