California Dispute Resolution Services
Ashley Mediation Centers (“AMC”) provides dispute resolution services to attorneys and their clients to help them avoid the high costs, burdens and risks of the litigation process. It was founded by Fred Ashley, a lawyer with over 25 years of experience in complex business and employment litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants..
Having practiced as a business and employment mediator since 1993, Mr. Ashley possesses a national reputation as an expert in the fields of alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") and negotiation, as well as on the substantive law. He has the knowledge, tenacity, and interpersonal skills to bring even the most contentious dispute to resolution. He also has the ability to effectively manage mediations involving multiple parties with divergent interests and needs.
Mr. Ashley has been designated a “Super Lawyer” and listed among the top ADR neutrals in Southern California by the Los Angeles Magazine in each of the past four years (2005 - 2008). He has also been named a "Diplomat Member" of the California Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, listed in the Bar Register of Pre-eminent Lawyers (2007), and provided Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating (“AV”) for his legal ability and ethical standards.
AMC, which is affiliated with ADR Services, Inc., provides its dispute resolution services at neutral facilities in Los Angeles County, San Diego County, Orange County, San Francisco, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, and Las Vegas. AMC is also pleased to render its dispute resolution services at the offices of any of the participating law firms, or such other conference facility as the parties may designate.
